What editing software I can use for editing the images?
You can use our products with most of the image editing software. This includes free online photo editing tools like Canva, Fotor, BeFunky, Pixlr, Adobe Spark, PicMonkey
Do I need any special knowledge for working with these products?
Basic knowledge of photo editing is required. You can check our blog , which will give you great tips for your print shop business. For more help, you can contact us using our Contact page and we will respond as soon as possible!
Do you offer personal customization?

Do I need to know how to use Photoshop?
Our mockups are in JPG and PNG format and do not require any knowledge of Photoshop. You can use our mockups with any editing software available.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
At the moment we are using PayPal.
Do I need PayPal account to pay for you products?
No, you can pay with your credit card directly without having an account.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
We are not keeping any credit card information. You will pay thought PayPal. As long as you have a secure connection (https) to the legitimate PayPal site, any information you exchange is hidden from prying eyes.

How do I download purchased products?
Once you’ve completed your purchase, you will receive an email that will include a download link.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, but you create one you will benefit from it; if you register with us you will be able to enjoy the following benefits through your Shoes & Shirts account:

Do you offer refunds?
